　　一、分析

　　在應(yīng)用文寫作中，請(qǐng)假條因篇幅短小，格式、內(nèi)容較為容易掌握，故相對(duì)于推薦信、申請(qǐng)信等篇幅較長(zhǎng)的應(yīng)用文而言，其得分率要高，且該類型的應(yīng)用文要求文體正式、語言得體，尤其是用禮貌的語言向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講述請(qǐng)假的理由。 二、技巧

　　1.了解請(qǐng)假條的.基本情況（內(nèi)容）

　　請(qǐng)假條是便條的一種，主要用于因病或因重要事情向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請(qǐng)示批準(zhǔn)某一特定時(shí)間的假。根據(jù)其請(qǐng)假理由的不同，可把請(qǐng)假條分為病假條和事假條兩種。但不管是那一種都應(yīng)包括以下四部分內(nèi)容： (1) 日期

　　日期通常應(yīng)在正文右上角，因請(qǐng)假條涉及到的是最近時(shí)間內(nèi)的事情，故可直接用幾月，幾日或星期幾來表示，如 April 10 或 10 April 或 Thursday.(2) 稱呼

　　稱呼常用常規(guī)信中的稱呼語，如 Dear…, Mr. …, Professor …, Dr. … 等.

　　(3) 正文

　　正文是請(qǐng)假條的核心部分，主要涉及到請(qǐng)假原因，請(qǐng)假時(shí)間，結(jié)尾時(shí)需用一些表示感謝或請(qǐng)求批準(zhǔn)的話語。切記理由要充分，在必要是應(yīng)附上相應(yīng)的證明。

　　(4) 結(jié)束語的署名

　　結(jié)束語常用 yours faithfully 或 yours sincerely 或 yours truly 等。

　　2. 常用句型 (1) 起首用語

　　請(qǐng)假條中起首句常用來說明請(qǐng)假原因或請(qǐng)假時(shí)間，常用句型如下：

　　I’d like to apply for three days leave of absence, starting from …, and finishing on … I am writing to ask for sick leave of … days, starting from … to … I’m sorry I can’t attend the meeting because/as… Owing to … / As … , I shall be unable to …

　　(2) 結(jié)尾常用語

　　請(qǐng)假條中結(jié)尾用語常用來表示感謝、請(qǐng)予批準(zhǔn)等。常用句型如下： I should be very obliged / grateful if you grant me the leave. I hope you will grant me the leave.
