　　不知不覺這是我第九次來到網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)訓(xùn)練了。

　　通過前幾次的歸納與總結(jié)，我基本明白了接球時(shí)的技巧，所以一開始打球的時(shí)候并不生疏，而且也還順利，但有時(shí)候把握不好與球的距離，造成了離球太近而打不到或太遠(yuǎn)夠不到。張教練決定抽時(shí)間出來“固定”和強(qiáng)化一下我打球的一系列動(dòng)作。他邊解釋邊示范，我也認(rèn)真地聽，認(rèn)真地看和練習(xí)。

　　其中一個(gè)方法讓我記憶頗深，前面的左手就像抓住了那個(gè)球，能把握好“一臂之距”，那就可以打到最完美的球。教練說完后，便發(fā)給我一個(gè)球作為練習(xí)。我跟那個(gè)球好像有著深仇大恨，死死地盯著它，不讓他逃脫我的視線。一打，不僅過了網(wǎng)，力度還控制得不錯(cuò)，球發(fā)出的聲音似乎也好聽了一些，沒打到白線外！

　　One of the ways I remember it deeply is that the left hand in front of me is like grasping the ball。 If I can grasp the "one arm distance"， I can play the most perfect ball。 After the coach finished， he gave me a ball as an exercise。 I seem to have a deep hatred with that ball。 I stare at it to prevent it from escaping my sight。 A dozen， not only over the net， the intensity is also well controlled， the sound of the ball seems to be some good， did not hit the white line！

　　張教練看我已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)了擊球的“重點(diǎn)”，便在對(duì)面與我打了幾個(gè)，教練還時(shí)不時(shí)說我打得漂亮，動(dòng)作完整，力度控制得好。但是不能驕傲，我要繼續(xù)努力！我是越來越喜歡打網(wǎng)球了。

　　Coach Zhang saw that I had learned the "key point" of hitting the ball， so he played several games with me on the opposite side。 From time to time， the coach said that I played beautifully， with complete movements and good strength control。 But can't be proud， I will continue to work hard！ I like playing tennis more and more。
