　　我是一個(gè)很不會(huì)利用時(shí)間的人，基本上我的周末就是看電視看電視然后玩手機(jī)玩手機(jī).很少出去逛逛.但是我又不想寫作業(yè)，所以每次一過完周末以后，感覺好像時(shí)間就被浪費(fèi)了.想著下個(gè)周末要好好過，結(jié)果還是跟以前一樣.希望大家能有寫日程表的好習(xí)慣，這樣比較好.這個(gè)方法我本人也嘗試過，但是沒有毅力，堅(jiān)持不下來。

　　I'm a person who can't make use of my time very much. Basically，my weekend is watching TV and watching TV and playing mobile phones. Seldom go out. But I don't want to do my homework，so every time after the weekend，it feels like time is wasted. Thinking about having a good weekend next week，the result is the same as before. I hope you can have a good habit of writing a schedule，which is better. I have tried this method myself，but I can't hold on without perseverance.

　　所以一定要有效率.今天是星期天了，明天就要開學(xué)了.每天學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力要有。

　　So be efficient. Today is Sunday. School will begin tomorrow. There should be motivation to learn every day.
